Coaching and Consent

If you’re in a group on Facebook you’ve probably seen this happen. Someone comes into the group with a problem or a complaint. They create a post that is part rant, part cry — filled with pain and questions. Most of the time they say something like, “I don’t know what I need” or “I don’t know what to do”.

And the coaches pounce.
